• If commissioning for fanart, if I am not comfortable with drawing chosen character I will decline.• For characters with detailed designs/ armor, I need to receive AMPLE references. The more the better!• For monster characters it will depend on the design and what I feel confident in drawing. This can be discussed during the planning phase.• For furry designs, I am only comfortable with drawing certain features. If the character is mostly humanoid with animal features I can most likely take on the commission. Feel free to contact me about any questions!

Terms of service:General

• Any art piece commissioned will be in my art style. I will not mimic others art style or change my current one.• Unless discussed before hand, my watermark is to remain on the finished artwork.• For NON-COMMERCIAL commissions, you are allowed to use the artwork for personal profile pictures, banners, etc.• You are welcome to print your commission out.*

Agreement•Client must be 18+• Clients may not edit *, copy, trace etc. my artwork.
^ * For any heavy editing or use of my artwork in videos (youtube, tiktok, insta etc.) contact me.• Use of my artwork is prohibited for NFT'S or AI gen.• I retain the copyright to all work I produce. Examples include : Self-promotion, Example Work for Portfolio, the right to redistribute, and the right to make merch designs *.
^ * Client's commissioning work of Original Characters will not have their commission redistributed/ used for merch sales. This is reserved for fan-art only.

Payment

• Accepted currency is USD through paypal. (unless commissioning through VGEN)• Once the commission is agreed upon, I will send you an invoice. I do NOT accept any other method.• I will not begin work until full payment is received, with the exception of those who have a payment plan. Payment plans are only accepted for commissions priced $300 USD+.

Refunds•I will only issue a refund if the commission has been canceled before I start work.• If I have started the artwork, a partial refund may be issued depending on how much has been completed.• I will issue a refund if I am unable to complete the commission or if the commission is not delivered in a reasonable time per time estimates discussed.

Privacy & Commercial Work
• For Private Commissions the price is increased 1.5x. (Meaning I agree to not posting work in progress shots, timelapses, or the finished piece to social media. I reserve the right to use artwork in my portfolio and on my personal website.)• For commercial use the price is increased 3x.
Commercial use is for anytime you wish to use commissioned work for things such as:
• Charms
• CD covers
• Prints
• Clothing designs etc.

Skebs come with a simple background free of charge.
Price is determined on if you want a half body or a full body. If you want something else like an Icon, price can be discussed!

When commissioning a SKEB you are agreeing that no changes will be made during the process.
No changes will be made and nothing will be added with the exception of if I miss any important details. This is the only exception.For any questions or concerns feel free to message me and we can discuss!

What program(s) do you use?
I use Clip Studio Paint Pro for art
and Pureref for reference hoarding.How long have you been drawing?
I've been drawing since I was a kid like most artist, but I was around 12 when I knew art was what I wanted to do as a career. I've been doing art 'seriously' since 2018.What drawing tablet do you use?
I used to use Wacom tablets but in my personal opinion they are too expensive for what you get. I previously used an XP-PEN 22r pro screen tablet but have since switched to an XP-PEN deco pro.How long do paintings take you?
That varies HEAVILY. Some pieces take months and months for me to finish, others I can finish in a few days. It really depends.Why do you make gorey/horror themed art?
In a way its a great comfort for me. I could ramble about it for hours but my favorite movie when I was 12 was Saw 2 if that explains anything.

What I need
• For all commission types I will need you to provide references of the character you are looking to get art for.• If your character has a detailed design, the more references the better! It makes it easier to get an accurate depiction.• We can discuss what you would like, any additional references/mood boards/color pallets/etc. that you would like to see.• If you do not have any references for the character and are just giving a word description, we would have to discuss a character design fee. As creating a character can be challenging and take extra time to get it just right, its a whole other project of itself. If you are interested in getting something like that done, just contact me and we can work out a price!
Commission ProcessProcess

• Once we have discussed exactly what you want, I will give you a quote.• Once I give you the quote and its agreed upon, I will collect your information such as your email associated with your paypal account and then send you an invoice for the amount of the commission.• You do NOT have to pay immediately, however; I will not start work on the commission unless a payment has been made.• Once payment has been made I will start on thumbnailing, once a thumbnail has been selected by you, I will proceed with a sketch for structure. Once you are happy with how it looks I will move onto colors and rendering. I will send WIPS often while working on your piece, make sure to look for anything you want changed/added.* (Read T.O.S for details)• If you send a message/response it should take no more than 24 hours to get a response from me.• Once the commission has been completed, I will send you a final wip of what it looks like, if there are any minor last minute edits you want made, let me know before I send the final file over.• I will send you the full resolution PNG file, both watermarked and unwatermarked. Please read T.O.S for usage information.
Quotes/Prices•All quotes are given based off of the rates I have listed on this website. I make it known some things may cost extra (such as complicated armor, detailed backgrounds etc.). This will be disclosed to you and there will not be any hidden fees or charges. Everything will be discussed prior to an invoice being sent.• My prices are likely to change at any given time; However : When we are actively discussing payment, the quote I give you will NOT change. EVEN IF the prices on my website change afterwards. The quote I give you will remain the same unless further changes + additions to the artwork are requested. This will be discussed with you prior to payment.• Once we have decided on what you would like and final price is agreed upon, I will send you an invoice via paypal. If you need another payment method option, this may be discussed. Vgen is also an option for payment*
